Quit Smoking

“Blue Sky Clinic” (Klinik Fah Sai) provides counseling for individuals struggling with smoking addiction and those determined to quit permanently, whether through personal willpower or modern medical treatments. The campaign “Cigarettes: The Silent Killer of Hearts” aims to encourage individuals to quit smoking for their health and the well-being of those around them.

Clinic Services Include:

  • Counseling and treatment for tobacco-related diseases, including lung cancer, emphysema, and chronic bronchitis.
  • Patient education on proper self-care and prevention.

The most critical step to quitting smoking is to:

  1. Set a quit date and commit to it.
  2. Get rid of all smoking-related tools.
  3. Identify and avoid triggers that may cause relapse.
  4. Seek support from loved ones or professionals at the Blue Sky Clinic, available in most public hospitals nationwide.
