On 14 November 2023 – Dr. Narong Prangchareon, dean of the College of Music, Mahidol University together with distinguished guests attended the opening ceremony of the Black Box Theater, a new music performance venue fully equipped with lighting and sound system that is comprehensive for learning and performing The space where imagination has no limits. The College is honoured by Dr. Somsak and Khunying Patama Leeswadtrakul to open the ceremony and give the 13 scholarships of “The General Prem Scholarship Fund” for the year 2023, to promote and support music education to be sustainable at the Southeast Asia Music Museum, College of Music, Mahidol University.
