Career Highlight

Dr. Treetip Boonyam works for the college of music, Mahidol University in the Music Business Department since 2015. Before moving to the college she served as an associate dean of the Faculty of Business Administration at Bangkok University which is one of the leading private universities in Thailand. Although she has a long experience teaching business, at the College of Music, Dr. Boonyam is happy to share her knowledge in teaching students and also conducting researches in the music business and the music industry. She was delighted to see her students being able to applied business to their music and vice versa.

Not only spend her time in the academic world, Dr. Boonyam also has been invited as a mentor and business consultant for many business projects from both public organizations and private companies. She is interested in researching in area of business and marketing strategies, including consumer behavior, especially focusing in the music business. She hopes to be able provide additional knowledge about the Thai music business as well as to complement the teaching of students in a fast- moving and challenging world.
