On 28 August, 2022, Dr. Narong Prangcharoen, Dean of the College of Music, Mahidol Univerisity visited the Franz Lizst Academy of Music in Budapest, Hungary where he met with Prof. Gyula Fekete, the Vice President of Research and International Affairs to discuss areas of mutual interest and cooperation including an MOU agreement, student and faculty exchanges, and an ERAMUS+ partner application. Asst. Prof. Dr. Joseph Bowman, Associate Dean for International Affairs also attended. The visit included a tour of the Lizst Academy, which was founded by famous composer and pianist Franz Lizst in 1875. The Academy is one of the most highly regarded music schools in Europe and the College of Music is excited for the future collaborations to come.
