The National Symphony Youth Orchestra (NSYO), under the direction of NSO Music Director Jun Märkl, presented a captivating program featuring Gabriela Lena Frank’s Concertino Cusqueño and Manuel de Falla’s Three-Cornered Hat Suite No. 2. The orchestra was joined by internationally renowned violinist Richard Lin, who performed a mesmerizing rendition of Samuel Barber’s Violin Concerto, Op. 14. The concert concluded with Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov’s Capriccio Espagnol, Op. 34.
