On 13 June 2024 – Mr. Udom Prongfa, Advisor to the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security is an honour to be the host opening Music Therapy for the Elderly, which is a collaboration between the College of Music, Mahidol University and the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security By the Department of Elderly Affairs, to launch music therapy activities for improving the health of the elderly, and share knowledge of music therapy to the elderly and people of all ages, to use music therapy activities as a tool for education and expansion to the elderly school target. With Mr. Anan Dontree, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security stated the purpose of the event along with Mrs. Apinya Aiemampa, Deputy Governor of Suphanburi Province, Mrs. Pornnipa Masilirangsi, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Older Persons, Ms. Nichapat Wiboonpanich, Social Development and Human Security, Suphanburi Province, Mr. Narong Prangcharoen, Dean of the College of Music, Mahidol University, faculty and student from Mahidol University, Executives of the Ministry of Human Rights, representatives of government agencies, the private sector, and civil society and senior citizens in Suphanburi Province attended the event at the Western National Theater, Suphanburi Province, Mueang District, Suphanburi Province.
