January 29, 2026 – The College of Music, Mahidol University, was honored to welcome Associate Professor Dr. Somboon Sirisarnhirun, Associate Dean for Administration and Sustainable Development, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Mahidol University, as a guest speaker for the Supporting Staff Competency Development Program, Batch 1.
On this occasion, Dr. Somboon generously shared his knowledge, experience, and valuable insights with the supporting staff of the College of Music. The lecture and hands-on workshop focused on developing systematic working approaches, analytical and synthetic thinking, as well as strategies for sustainable organizational development. These activities aimed to enhance staff potential and improve overall work efficiency, driving the College toward excellence in all dimensions.
