Career Highlight

Nathan Lynch began teaching at Mahidol University in 2015 and currently teaches a variety of English, writing, philosophy and social science courses in the General Education Department. Lynch is a naturally interdisciplinary teacher holding masters degrees in comparative literature and philosophy and drawing from a broad range of study in the humanities which includes western music theory and history. Lynch has collaborated in the writing and producing of two major recordings, written over a hundred songs for guitar and voice, and performed on tours throughout North America and Asia. He uses his diverse musical background and experience in music entertainment to emphasize the relevance of the critical thinking, communication and language skills central to general education courses and the spirit of higher education.
