Career Highlight

Manasanun is an experienced singer, recitalist, vocal instructor, and diction coach in various style of music and langueges, including opera, musical theatre, pop-jazz, Chinese song, and Thai song.

She grauated her Master Degree from Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University under the guidance of Ass. Prof. Duangjai Thewtong. In Bachelor Degree, she graduated with a First Class Honor from the College of Music, Mahidol University majoring in Vocal Performance, studying Voice with Ms. Colleen Jennings for two years and Ms. Nancy Tsui-Ping Wei for two years

During her study, she has performed numerous concerts and recitals, including choir concerts and college’s opera projects. She performed as “Dorabella” in Mozart’s opera ‘Cosi fan tutte’ in 2012. She also performed as “Priest” in the opera ‘King Author’ by Purcell in 2010. In 2009, she performed as “Bastien” in Mozart’s opera ‘Bastien und Bastienne’, and as “Snow White” in the 3rd Annual Pre-college Concert in 2008.

Manasanun was one of the merit scholarships recipients in 2007, 2009 and 2011. She was a Second Prize Winner in the University Category of Barry Alexander International Vocal Competition in USA in 2012. In 2013, she won the OeAD Scholarship at University of Music and Performing Arts, Vienna studying Voice with Prof. Franz Lukasovsky.

During her study in Vienna, she has join the university activities to perform concerts and recitals. She also had an opportunity to take a Voice Master Class with Ms. Sirrkku Wahlroos-Kaitila, a professor from Finland.

In 2015, she was a semifinalist of the TV Show: The Voice Thailand Season 4. Later in 2016, she was invited as a guest soloist performing classical repertoire with Penang Philharmonic Orchestra. She was also a soloist in George Town Festival: SVARA ASEAN in July 2017.

In 2018, Manasanun performed in a Sining Comedy production: CHIARO Take Off, and she was back with CHIARO once again in the following year with the project: La Blanche in 2019. She also performed a contribute to Brahms in 2020 with Thai musicans in Brahms Concert Series.

Recently, Manasanun is a faculty member of Voice Department and Young Artists Music Program at College of Music, Mahidol University.
