Career Highlights

Gritsada Huncharoen is a lecturer in the department of music therapy and a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) in Pre-College program (YAMP), College of Music, Mahidol University.

Gritsada has professional experiences as a music educator, SENCo, and school counselor. He is a specialist in the areas of music in special education, inclusive music education and cognitive behavioral therapy. In addition, he is a board member of the Cognitive Behavior Therapy Alliance of Thailand.

He frequently attends several music education, music therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy trainings and workshops. Also, he gives lectures and workshops on topics of music in special education, musician’s mental health and wellbeing , and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Recently, Gritsada is one of the researchers in the “Music Therapy for Child and adolescents Projects” granted by Thai Media Fund, the “Online Music Therapy for Emotional Wellbeing” granted by Thai Health Promotion Foundation, and the “Music Therapy for elderly” granted by National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT).
