Career Highlights

Dr. Natee is an assistant professor, lecturer, and thesis advisor in Music Therapy Department, College of Music, Mahidol University. Prior moving to the College of Music, He served as an associate dean and a program director of M.Ed. in education for persons with special needs at Ratchasuda College, Mahidol University.

He earned his B.Ed. (1st Hons) in music education and M.Ed. in educational research from Chulalongkorn University and Ph.D. in music with thesis emphasis in music therapy from the College of Music, Mahidol University. During the Ph.D. study, He received music therapy training and conducted doctoral thesis in music therapy, under supervision of Assoc.Prof.Dr.Dena Register, MT-BC. He holds a Neurologic Music therapy certification from the Academy of Neurologic Music Therapy. He also received training in inclusive education at the University of Northern Colorado, USA.

He has extensive experience as a music therapist and music educator in the area of exceptional children, including children with autism, ADHD, hearing loss, and developmental delay. His research interests focus on inclusive music therapy and music education, Kodály approach to music therapy, music therapy in school settings, music therapy for children with autism and children with hearing loss. He also currently serves as a section editor of Malaysian Journal of Music.
