Career Highlights

Asst. Prof. Dr. Anak Charanyananda teaches musicology at the College of Music, Mahidol University, where he has worked since 2001. He regularly gives lectures on Musicology, Ethnomusicological transcription, Western music history, qualitative music research, form an analysis, and counterpoint. He serves as an outside consultant and thesis examiner at universities throughout Thailand.

Charanyananda received his Ph.D. in Music from the College of Music, Mahidol University. He holds a Master Degree in Musicology from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor Degree in Music Education from Bansomdej Chaophraya Teachers’ college, Teacher Education Department, Thailand Minister of Education.
