The College of Music, Mahidol University, continues to expand its collaboration with world-leading music institutions!
On Friday, October 31, Asst. Prof. Dr. Joseph Bowman, Asso. Dean for International Affairs, attended the International Academic Partnership Program, which provided excellent opportunities to connect with over 20 US universities.
The highlight of the day was meeting with Vice Provost Raj Mehta from the University of Cincinnati (UC), Dr. Bowman’s alma mater. They engaged in productive discussions about linking Mahidol and UC for future collaboration and exchange, specifically with UC’s renowned College-Conservatory of Music (CCM).
Furthermore, Professor Raj Mehta honored the College with an official visit and campus tour on Saturday, November 1.
The College is grateful to the U.S. Embassy Bangkok for supporting this program and to Assoc. Prof. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Ph.D., Vice President for Global Partnerships and University Council, Mahidol University, for facilitating Dr. Bowman’s participation. Forging partnerships with institutions like UC is a critical step in actualizing our “The World is Here…at Mahidol” vision.
