Guidelines for Submitting News Items:
The goal of the Mahidol Music newsfeed is to highlight the accomplishments of our faculty, staff, alumni, and students. We encourage you to submit your papers, grants, awards, presentations, and concerts for inclusion on our website and social media channels.
What to Include in Your Submission
Please tell us what, when, where, and with whom. Provide detailed information for the following:
- Publications: Include full bibliographic citations for all published works (e.g., author, title, journal/publisher, volume, year).
- Concerts and Presentations: Provide the location, the organizing body/ensemble, and the exact date of the event.
- Recordings: Specify the album title, release date, and record label.
- Awards and Grants: Include the date, the title of the award/grant, and a brief description of its nature and purpose.
- Photos and Media: We welcome high-resolution photos and/or links to related media (videos, external news).
Submission Procedure
- Who Can Submit: Items concerning students must be submitted by a faculty member. All other groups (faculty, staff, alumni) may submit their own news.
- How to Submit: Please use the official Mahidol Music News Submission Form (recommended) or send your information via email.
- Content Responsibility: The submitter of the news item is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the content provided.
- Editorial Discretion: The Public Relations (PR) Office will be responsible for editing and posting news items, using appropriate discretion to ensure content aligns with the College’s mission and communication strategy.
