Academic or General Music

A full range of complementary studies are offered to all students in addition to their performance education on their major instrument. Students must have a very clear and detailed knowledge about all the music they play and so all students study subjects such as music theory, aural training, history of music, keyboard skills, voice, world music and basic Thai Gong.\r\n\r\nThe complete music curriculum is tailor made around each major instrument, with subjects such as orchestral skills, jazz improvisation, conducting taught according to the needs of each performer
