Wisit Chitrangsan earned his Master degree in music education at the College of Music, Mahidol University and Bachelor degree in music education at Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University. He started to study music as a member of the Wat Sithiwararm school band playing sousaphone and switched to trumpet when he studied in Chulalongkorn University. Since 2006 he has served as a lecturer at the College of Music Mahidol University teaching courses in music education and ear training.
He previously has taught part-time at Chulalongkorn University and Kasetsart University. His has experience as a professional musician in the Bangkok Symphony Orchestra, the Yamaha Sound Big Band and professional choir singer in the Resonance Chorus. In the management field, he was the former general manager of Yamaha Music Academy, Siam Music Yamaha Co., Ltd. He owned a digital audio recording studio which was one of the very first home studios in Thailand. His produced many music productions recorded at the studio using many types of music software to operate the studio. He has translator credits for the books on Adobe Acrobat Professional 7 and Adobe Creative Suite CS2. He was music composer and arranger in many music productions. Currently, Wisit is a PhD candidate in Music Education at the College of Music, Mahidol University.
