BORROWING RIGHTS

Benefits/Policy of Library cardholder

The library provides privileges to any registered students, eligible faculty members, and staff at the College of Music, Mahidol University.

Undergraduate students

Graduate students
15 items / 15 days
Faculty & Staff
20 items / 20 days
Part-time instructor/staff
10 items /10 days

Lending and Use Policy:

Member Verification

Students must present your student ID for all registration services. General material must be returned and renewed at the service desk.

Renew

Renewals are not allowed if another patron has requested the book or when a patron's privileges are suspended. There is a three-time renewal limit for any materials loaned from the Library.

Proxy Return

Printed materials can be returned on behalf of others, but proxy borrowing is not permitted.

⚠️ Fine and Overdue charges

Fine will be assessed on all overdue materials for

5 bath/item/day.

Overdue Notice and Recall Policy

An email reminder will be sent 1 day prior to the due date, followed by two subsequent overdue notifications if the items are not returned.
If the borrower fails to return the materials or contact the library after these notices, their borrowing privileges will be suspended. This suspension will remain in effect until all outstanding items are returned in full and all overdue fines are completely paid.

* Loss and Damage Borrowers will be held responsible for materials out on loan. If the material or book is lost or damaged, an immediate report should be made to the librarian to take appropriate action.
