MUSIC THEATRE AUDITION POLICIES

Each year, College of Music, Mahidol University offers 4 audition dates. Please check www.music.mahidol.ac.th for the updates.

The Music Theatre Department offers a three-part audition process for potential candidates. Each candidate has the opportunity to present a live audition that represents his/her abilities in singing, dancing and acting.

1.Taped accompaniments or a capella performances are not acceptable.

2.Candidates should provide their own pianist.

3.Candidates may be asked to sing all or part of their prepared repertoire.

The faculty will speak with applicants about their academic and performance experience, immediate and long-term goals, and expectations of the program. The candidate will have the opportunity to ask questions about the program, university, and community.
