SEADOM is a formal member association and we wish for you and your institution to be involved. If SEADOM is new to you, and you want to learn more about the association and its mission and aims, please visit – http://seadom.org/mission.php. Congress sessions of interest will include – a keynote address (Speaker TBA), and breakout group sessions on the SEADOM working themes, which include Leadership, Communication and Advocacy, Staff and Student opportunities, Quality in Teaching and Learning, Southeast Asian Music Traditions, Research and Critical Reflection, Celebrating the New, Professional Development and Community Engagement. There will also be a cultural outing to National School of Arts, Lao PDR toexperience Laotian music and culture.

Air Travel
Participants are responsible for their own air travel to Vientiane, Lao PDR.

Hotel
Participants are responsible for their own hotel reservation. It is recommended to make your booking in advance. (See list of hotel recommendation in Vientiane)

Meals
Some meals will be provided to congress participants (See Congress Schedule for details TBA). Please note that Vegetarian/Halal Options will also be available.

Registration

The 8th SEADOM Congress will begin with registration on Thursday, March 24 at 15:00 and the Congress will conclude on Saturday, March 26 at 18:00. Participants should plan to make air flight arrangements accordingly.
Note – There is no congress registration fee for this event.
