College Students win 5 Awards in Osaka International Music Competition 2013

The 14th Osaka International Music Competition 2013 during October 5-14, 2013 was such a celebration time for the College of Music’s students. The competition took place in Osaka and Kobe, Japan. The following 9 students completed in the final round of the competition and were successfully awarded 5 prizes:

Poongizina Saxophone Quartet - Second Prize Ensemble Category
- Methawut Pimphapatana, Soprano Saxophone (BM Year 2)
- Chirat Cherdkiatkul, Alto Saxophone (BM Year 1)
- Pulaporn Sreewichian, Tenor Saxophone (BM Year 3)
- Piyaphon Assawakarnjanakit, Baritone Saxophone (BM Year 3)
